Founded in 2009 by Cornelius Williams, Jr., the Resurgence Leadership Foundation (RLF) is a registered 501(c)(3) faith-based organization.

RLF is an accredited member of the Leadership Foundations global network that develops leaders to drive the Wheel of Change in their cities.
